Booking & Cancellation Policy

The i-Brow Room is a small business that runs via bookings, there are often waiting lists & other clients wanting to come in so please be mindful as last minute cancellation/missed appointments make the appointment spots impossible to fill.

Any cancellation/missed appointment less than 24 hours prior will occur a 50% cancellation fee.

If regular appointments are missed you will have to pre pay appointments to book.

We understand unforeseen circumstances and sickness arise, however you must let us know ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment.
